Behind every symptom is a pattern.

If your symptoms do not fit neatly into a box, you are in the right place.

Many patients find their way here after being told their labs are normal, their symptoms are unrelated, or that stress is the explanation for everything.

You may be experiencing:

  • Hormone changes or imbalances that affect your mood, energy, cycles, or skin
  • Anxiety, depression, irritability, fatigue, difficulty focusing, or brain fog
  • Digestive symptoms that come and go without a clear trigger
  • Autoimmune or inflammatory patterns that do not fully make sense
  • A feeling that your body is constantly reacting instead of stabilizing
  • Sleep disturbances that leave you feeling unrefreshed despite spending enough time in bed

If you have ever thought, something is off, but I cannot explain it, you are not alone.

I believe you, and I'm here to help.

How care unfolds

Map

We begin with an extended initial intake to start connecting the dots between your most pressing concerns and your health history, including early life patterns, stressors, infections, medications, diet, lifestyle, environmental exposures, and key turning points.

Measure

We add targeted testing, including standard and functional labs, which may include evaluation of hormones, thyroid and adrenal function, nutritional status, toxins and heavy metals, gut health, or genetic influences on key metabolic pathways. Testing is not ordered automatically and is used when it adds clarity rather than confusion.

Match

We match interventions to your specific patterns, rather than generic protocols. This can include nutrition, herbs and botanicals, supplements, injectable vitamins, lifestyle, bioidentical hormones, specialist referrals, medications, or other natural therapies.

Iterate

We reassess every few months, track how your body responds, and adjust as your body and life demands change. Then, depending on complexity, care shifts to periodic check-ins as needed.
